What makes you spiral

Spiralling is a term coined to describe the involuntary decline mentally, physically or psychologically from a bad state to a worse state to an infinitely bottomless drop from which there is no return. You can spiral into debt, corruption, physical unhealthiness, mental problems or moral decay. So many of us are spiralling downwards at a steady rate. What’s the main reason for this? It’s because you didn’t notice the first few slips. That first year of eating poorly or the first signs of depression no one saw or that year of over spending after your first job which put you into a decline you never got out of. Let us think of the reasons we might have spiralled and at least prevent others from doing the same thing. This I think is the best form of “amr bil maruf” as a Muslim would say
