The fact free informed connected dude 

I saw this article in the New Yorker. I suggest we all read it because it is a stark reminder that the e-age of connectivity has done little to factualize us in any way . Millions of terabytes of information are transferred everyday through the servers of Google , Facebook and Instagram but most are nothing more than glorified recipes , embarrassing selfies and redundant unnecessary tidbits of information about our friends and their latest events. We cared more about ideologies and politics when we read books and newspapers than when these media channels turned electronic. So keep showing me pictures of your latest BBQ, the visit to an expensive mall, your Ferrari that you rented for the weekend or your wife all dressed up for others to desire more than yourself.
